The Tobacco Reference Guide |
by David Moyer, MD. |
Preface
This book is an updated edition of the 1998 book The Tobacco Almanac. These data have been compiled from medical and media sources, and are represented as reported; however, I make no claim for their accuracy. The book is not copyright and may be reproduced without restriction. This project was completed as a resource for the tobacco control community, and I accept no royalties or fees for book sales above printing costs. Partial funding for publication was provided by the Alameda County Tobacco Control Coalition. I would like to express my appreciation to Kathy Jacobs for the contribution of her excellent computer and desktop publishing skills in the production of this edition. |
